Ultimately it is about valuing diversity for the richness and creativity it brings to society as a whole. TCP has built its reputation through Elder designed and led Culturally empowering programs. We work with great Elders and Community leaders across the Country who welcome the opportunity to teach their Culture for the betterment of all Australians.Our Services

Cultural Immersion for Your Team
Our point of difference is that organisations and companies are invited to sit with Elders on their Country during the making of your Cultural Competency Course to experience the depth of Cultural life first hand. This helps to deepen the understanding of the First Peoples worldview and to better integrate these concepts to your team.
